It's Halloween and not all the scary stuff wears a costume 👻

As a CEO of a software development company, I have plenty of Technology Terrors.

My nightmare? Getting woken up at 2 a.m. with alerts and alarms — systems down, clients offline, or worse... signs we've been hacked. 😱

But here's the thing — technology isn't the only monster under the bed.

We all have our own business boogeyman:

Technology Terror: That legacy system nobody dares touch because the one person who built it left three years ago (and took all the documentation with them).

Process Phobia: The "temporary" spreadsheet from 2019 that's somehow become your company's single source of truth.

Compliance Creature: The never-ending maze of policies, certifications, and audits designed to drain your sanity and your calendar.

Financial Fright: When the P&L looks fine but cash flow tells a completely different horror story.

People Problem: That slow, creeping culture drift when what made your team great starts quietly slipping away.

Running a business isn't for the faint of heart.

Some fears wear masks. Others just live in your inbox, waiting for the absolute worst time to jump out.

So here's my question for you:

What's the ONE thing that scares you most about running a business?

Drop it in the comments. Let's commiserate (or laugh) together. And if you've slayed one of these monsters? Even better — share how you did it. ⚔️

Hit that repost button if this resonated. And if you need help taming any of these beasts (especially the tech ones), my DMs are open.

Happy Halloween! 👻
